Quality control in the warehouse

The stock in the preparing process and before loading is controlled on our warehouse.

Then we are sure that clients will receive what they expect. We can send photos to the customer before loading.

Packing

The stock offered is packed in the most universal packaging available on the market, depending on the location of the recipient’s warehouse and demands we use cardboard packaging with different weights, wooden boards or returnable packaging in the form of wooden bins.

Apples

Sorting

– we distinguish calibre sorting as follows:

* manual: 60-70mm, 65-70mm, 70+, 80+ 85+ (this method is cheaper but less accurate)

* mechanical: from 65mm by every 5mm it is possible to use layers

– depending on colour – depending on the variety, it is possible to specify the minimum percent of colouring in the order, the product which is less coloured, but without defects we spend on peeling

Pallets

Depending on the customer’s requirements with the ISPM-15 marking or without

Dimensions

100 x 120 fruit pallet on the skid or on the ankle 15kg,

120 x 80 like-euro pallets 12kg,

Transport

• we offer transport of our products with refrigerated trailers equipped with thermographs– gross weight of loaded cargo West of Europe 22 500kg East 21 500kg BY or 20 700kg KZloading scheme of 26 fruit pallets or 33 euro pallets
